Designer Brand Stores
I am creating an e store and will feature a handful of designer brands. Can I create links to the designer?
Do I need permission from the designer/manufacturer to include a link to their site on my site. In my case, I don't mind the customer visiting the designer site since my products will be cheaper. Just am not sure. Seems like they shouldn't mind since I would be giving them free visits, but I don't want to get sued either...
To be safe, get written permission. Also, make sure your items are authentic...selling counterfeit items is a felony.
